BBQ Cookoff Entry Form

  Thank you for entering the 2nd Annual BBQ Cookoff!
  
  Whatever way you want to cook it, it's up to you! Cook alone. Cook with your family. Cook with a friend. Whichever way you roll is welcome at the NYAPP BBQ Cookoff!
  
  You will be competing against other St. Pius X parishioners for the Title of
  "Not Your Average Parish Picnic BBQ Cookoff Champion".
  
  Food will be served from Noon-12:45 pm, with voting concluding at 1:00 pm, and the winner announced at 1:15 pm.
  
  A few particulars:
  
  Make your food at home and then bring it in a roaster or crock pot.
  
  Limited space, only 6 entries will be chosen.
  
  You will need a one bite sample for around 250 people. Each parishioner will be given a ticket when they sign in and they will put it in the jar of the BBQ they think is tastiest!
  
  Sample plates will be provided. How you want to present your dish is up to you. You and/or someone of your choosing will serve the meat to the voters.
  
  Your area needs to be set up by no later than 11:45 am on Sunday August 27, 2023. Serving begins at Noon.
