Flash Match Campaign – Ends 3/31 Help Us To Help The Catherine McAuley Center
St. Pius X has had a long history of caring for members of our community. Given the funding uncertainties of the current moment, the Jessie Ball Dupont Fund is extending their 2024 Match Campaign through March 31st. Below are the details for this campaign.
Campaign information:
The maximum match is $10K.
Donations must be made online; donations made by check or in cash will not count toward the match.
Donations must be made by individuals (not corporations).
The match is capped at $500 per transaction, but an individual can make unlimited transactions.
SPX Employee donations are not eligible to be matched (but donations from board members and volunteers are eligible).
The Social Justice Commission will donate all donations and matching funds made online during this campaign to the Catherine McAuley Center.
The Catherine McAuley Center (CMC) is a nonprofit organization in Cedar Rapids, Iowa that welcomes refugees and immigrants, adult learners, and women to participate in educational and supportive services. While CMC’s programs serve distinct populations, they are united by a common purpose of promoting the well-being and dignity of individuals in need, as Catherine McAuley did.
We believe in the work they do and so do several of our parishioners who volunteer directly with them.
Please help us support the important services they provide for our community!
