Oh, the joys of February! I honestly think that it may be the coldest month. Perhaps, that is why we celebrate St. Valentine’s Day during it. You get to hold your loved ones a little closer… for the warmth. I want to talk about warm things as well. Green grass, blue skies, and a nice breeze floating through the air. Imagine that feeling; now picture that feeling, but you are standing with three of your friends, clubs in hand, watching that perfect drive fly through the air. It is that time of year again to talk about the St. Pius X Golf Outing at Hunter’s Ridge Golf Course. The date is Monday, June 2nd. Registration is set for 10:00AM and sign up starts this coming Friday, February 28. The team registration is $400 like last year and we want to see so many more of you having fun on the course with us. Last year, we had sixty golfers join with us and our sponsors and raised $10,500 for our Youth Ministry and Religious Education programming. Reducing costs across the board to lowered fees for the families from $75 to $25 not just for RE, but for all the sacraments as well. We need your help to do it again. I know Doug, Steve, Bill, and Neal are excited to put their trophy on the line as well to defend their win from last year. Now we just need you.
