As we reflect on the beauty experienced throughout our Christmas Masses and the Epiphany Concert within the past month, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all who participated and volunteered at each of these important events for our parish. From the singers in the choirs to the altar servers, to the greeters who warmly welcomed countless visitors into our church, and to everyone else who played a vital role—your dedication and heartfelt contributions are a living testament to the unity, strength, and beauty of our Catholic faith community. In 1 Corinthians 12:4-11, we are reminded that 'There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit; there are different forms of service but the same Lord…' Each of us has been blessed with unique spiritual gifts that, when shared, help build up the body of Christ. As we begin this new year, let us embrace the opportunity to deepen our faith, discover the gifts we have to offer, and strengthen the connections within our church family here at St. Pius. Together, we can grow closer to Christ and one another in 2025. May this year be one of renewed commitment to living out our gifts for the glory of God!
