Rationale: We have selected this because when we have new families join the parish, we struggle to get active participation from them. They join for the school but do not attend mass, events or volunteer.

1) Follow up with new families; especially fmilies with new baptisms
2) More opportunities for those who feel isolated, or had a recent loss
3) Continue progress on communications, marketing and database
4) More vibrant youth ministry and involvement in Liturgical Ministries

We will engage parishioners through personal invitations and the weekly bulletin. Progress will be determined by increase of involvement by parishioners

Rationale: To encourage new initiatives or efforts to help the betterment and longevity of the parish.

1) Submit goals from each committee and council to pastoral council by October 10th Meeting
