The Xavier Impact Fund is focusing on the teachers of our Xavier Catholic Schools. These dedicated educators make, on average, considerably less than their public school counterparts. A collaboration was formed between our pastors, parishes, administration, and schools to offer a competitive and equitable salary matrix for all Xavier Catholic School teachers. We want to show our teachers our gratitude for their commitment to Catholic education by working to close the wage gap by offering more competitive salaries and benefits.
